Welcome to my Quinoa Kitchen!
Two things of major importance to me are eating right and keeping the weight off. So naturally, when I came across this little super-food called “Quinoa” (pronouced keen-wa), I had to learn more.
Quinoa is a top-notch source of protein and iron. It is glutten free, too, which is a bonus for me. Quinoa is similar to rice and most people compare it to common household rice. The biggest difference is that Quinoa is really good for you, it can help maintain your blood sugar, it’s packed full of important nutrients, and it is a wonderful addition to a healthy diet and for those trying to lose weight.
